Éric Duyckaerts, (Liège, 1953), is a videographer, lecturer, watercolourist and pastellist. His work articulates the visual arts and exogenous knowledge, such as science, law, mathematical logic … He held the Belgian Pavilion of the Venice Biennale in 2007. He published Hegel or life in pink (1992). , Augmented Reissue 2015) and Theories Attempts (2007). He has taught in the art schools of Bourges, Dijon, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux, Biarritz, and participated in several boards and commissions of the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
